Coronavirus update 23.03.20

A MESSAGE FOR ALL OUR PATIENTS DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC

The practice is closed to all routine dental care and treatment until further notice from Monday 23rd March. This is following the latest guidance from the British Dental Association. We apologise for any inconvenience. This decision has not been taken lightly and is to protect the health and safety of our staff and patients.

Broken fillings and lost crowns while inconvenient cannot be treated effectively as we are not able to carry out procedures that cause aerosol under the most recent guidance.

We are providing cover for our patients to help with the most serious dental emergencies such as severe pain and facial swelling.

If your dental emergency is severe you can call for help and advice on the following numbers:-
9am-4pm – Paul or David – 07902 836550
Out of office hours – Emergency Dental Service – 0300 1234 010

If you have a dental emergency and are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or are currently in self isolation, please call NHS 111 for further advice. Do not come to the practice.

We are in the process of contacting patients up to Friday 17th April to rearrange their appointments. If you have an appointment after this date please wait for us to contact you. We very much look forward to resuming normal service in due course.

We thank you for your ongoing loyalty and support. We know with the good wishes of our staff and patients we will be able to get through this together.

Best wishes from Paul, David and all the team at Staina House Dental Practice Ltd
